This notice summarises important risks of using Bayza. It is not exhaustive, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. Only use features and hold assets you understand and can afford. Read it with our Terms of Service.

Bayza is not a bank

Bayza is a financial-technology service. Cards, IBAN accounts and payouts are provided through licensed partners. Funds held through the Services may not carry the same protections as a deposit at a bank, and the protection that applies depends on the partner and your country. Check what applies to you.

Currency conversion and exchange-rate risk

Exchange rates move constantly. The rate for a conversion or cross-border transfer is the rate shown at the time you confirm, and the value of balances held in one currency will change relative to another. You bear the risk of these movements.

Digital-asset risk

• Price volatility. The value of digital assets can rise or fall sharply and may become worthless.
• Irreversible transfers. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed. Assets sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network may be lost permanently and cannot be recovered.
• Network risk. Confirmation times, fees and availability depend on the blockchain network and are outside our control.
• Regulatory change. Rules for digital assets differ by country and can change, which may affect availability of the feature.

Availability and limits

Features, currencies and limits vary by country and are subject to identity verification. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and may decline, delay or hold a transaction to comply with law or manage risk.

Security and fraud

Keep your credentials and device secure and enable two-factor authentication. Bayza will never ask for your password or a one-time code. Be alert to scams asking you to move money or share codes, and freeze a card immediately if you suspect misuse.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter, for understanding any fees and rates shown before you confirm, and for any tax that applies to you. Seek independent advice if you are unsure.
